The improved blade shape and the unique glass-like coating applied to the surface of the burrs means the Porlex Mini Professional can grind beans easier, faster and more evenly, with less fines and less boulders, resulting in a more balanced brew in your cup. Compared to the Porlex Mini II, the Porlex Mini Professional can produce roughly 1.15 times more ground coffee with the same number of rotations. With the redesigned burr, the per click adjustment changes an average of 28 microns, meaning greater control over your brewing and adjustment of your coffee recipes. Even though they are coated, the burrs are still very sharp, while having amazing surface smoothness - even better than competitive models - allowing fantastic granular consistency. Coffee slides down the burr surface smoothly making the grinding experience feel lighter and smoother.
