How do I clean my NanoFoamer PRO?
The NanoFoamer PRO is an electrical device, so DO NOT submerge the jug or base in water. The jug can be gently washed inside with a small amount of dishwashing liquid and the outside wiped clean. The impeller and lid can be run under running water and gently washed with a small amount of dishwashing liquid. Alternatively, you can put a few drops of dishwashing liquid into the jug, with some water (the same amount of water as you would milk) and run any cycle, then rinse clean.
My NanoFoamer PRO doesn't seem to be making any foam. What do I do?
Precise positioning of the impeller is important for optimal operation. Try removing the lid and then repositioning it, ensuring the lid aligns to the jug and that it is on firmly.
